The winds of the market are changing and in real estate we can’t control everything. Now more than ever it is key to go into the market with your eyes wide open.

What we are currently seeing in our auction rooms is that buyers are no longer buying at today’s prices they are buying at where they see the market going. However, when owners are open to adjusting their levels this allows us to get the property on the market quicker during an auction and generate some great results for them!
