Episode 20 – Zone of Lost Credibility

As we know the market is constantly changing and evolving and you can quickly lose credibility by not being honest and upfront with your buyers and vendors.

As Real Estate Agents it is so important to have lots of knowledge on the market rather than lots of opinions. If you tell a client what you think a property is worth and come auction time you are well off the mark, then you have lost all credibility with that client.

Be aware of the zone of lost credibility with your clients, as this can be a key deciding factor for a client returning to do business with you in the future.

It’s all about transparency, as agents we can only make fair comparisons to other property sales but cannot make opinions on what a property will or won’t sell for.
