The probability is the market will continue to drop for the foreseeable future, but it is a beautiful time to buy if you find the perfect house. Aaron talks about one of the big rookie mistakes he sees is when someone tries to pick the bottom of the market.

Only hindsight can do that. However, if you're not looking to sell in the short to medium term then now is a great time to be buying. So, remember to connect with your potential vendor by being honest about the current market and it could pay off.
