Episode 37 – The Market Within The Market

In this episode, we're looking at the current climate and how there are markets within markets. Vendors and buyers are responding to what they're seeing in the media with median prices and sales but that is not always a true representation of what is actually happening in the market. It is important that you're not talking in general terms, be specific to what is happening in your area and use that information to help the vendor understand the prevailing marketplace.

At the end of the day make sure you know your numbers. Properties are still selling you just need to explain the market within the market.
