What do you do after you sell a property? Flyers, Just Sold DLEs, door knock?

Let’s talk about how you can create valuable conversations with potential vendors, buyers and a possible listing opportunity.  

Utilise all those buyers details you gather into your database through inquiries, viewings, and open homes and when you sell a listing you touch base with them, to let them know what it sold for.

In that same conversation, you can tell them about another listing you have, even if its not on the market yet, perhaps even one you've only done an appraisal on! Surprised?
